The Chevrolet Trax LS is the entry-level Trax model, while the LT is an upgraded mid-range model. The LT offers features like a larger 11" infotainment screen and 8" driver information display, roof rails, and upgraded aluminum wheels. The LS on the other hand has a lower starting price.
Generally speaking, the LT is a more popular model due to its balance of premium features and affordability and dealers tend to have more of them in stock. The LS is a great option though for shoppers who want a Chevy Trax at the lowest possible price.
The Chevrolet Trax 1RS and 2RS are both sport-inspired models in the Trax lineup, offering features commonly found on high-end performance cars like a flat-bottom steering wheel, machined aluminum wheels, and RS badging.
As for differences, the 1RS is the entry-level sport model while the 2RS is a top-of-the-line model offering upgraded tech and comfort features. The 2RS includes a larger 11" touchscreen infotainment system, heated driver/front passenger seats, and a heated steering wheel.
The Chevrolet Trax ACTIV trim stands out in the Trax lineup, offering a blend of modern design elements and luxury features. Most notable are the 18" black painted aluminum wheels and black bowtie emblems giving the Trax ACTIV a cool modern aesthetic.
Additionally, the ACTIV trim comes with the larger 11" touchscreen infotainment system with Wireless Apple CarPlay and Wireless Android Auto compatibility. The ACTIV trim also features a heated steering wheel and heated 8-way power driver seat for added comfort.
If you want a fully loaded Chevy Trax with a modern exterior design, then opt for the 2025 Chevrolet Trax ACTIV.
